Stock Idea: Tata Motors

Tata Motors (Code : 500570) : Now this is one ride that can give Tata Motors some relief after the heavy beating that the company experienced in recent months. It is its most-awaited product till date — the Nano. The ultra-compact Rs 1 -lakh peoples’ car will be launched in Mumbai next week i.e. on March 23, 2009. There is lot of genuine inquiry for this car and it is likely to get huge response. As a long queue of customers is expected for the vehicle, the company has said that it has made arrangements for the widest possible network to book the car. It will also launch Nano’s diesel version by June-2010. It will boost company’s sales in a big way. Also, there is election round the corner in which there will be huge demand of Sports Utility Vehicles. Tata Safari is very much suitable for the campaign purpose. So its sales will also increase. It seems good days for Tata Motors are coming finally. Buy for long term.
